Steps to request a make-up class

  1. Fill out the form below.
  2. You will get a phone call or email from us confirming your make up date is available. If not we can work with you to schedule another date that works for you.
  3. NOTE: Please do not "drop-in" for a make up class at anytime as you may be turned away if the class is full. All make up classes must be cleared by our office first. If the teacher does not have you listed as a make up that day she may turn you away.
  4. Be sure to info@smallfrydanceclub.com is not being blocked by your spam filter.
  5. Should you miss your make up date, you will need to submit a new request form.
